The challenge

Our client is one of the largest global FMCG concerns. It required the construction of an IT team for a project implemented in a micro-frontend architecture using React.js, Node.js and a headless CMS concept. It was essential to find candidates with the requisite skills, experience and availability.

The implementation of this project coincided with a challenging period for the organisation (end of December/beginning of January), and the entire process had to be carried out in collaboration with top management from headquarters (located in a different time zone).

The solution

The project was developed on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the client's requirements and the specifics of the project, enabling us to tailor subsequent stages of the process. Our CTO led the Technical Discovery stage, focusing on the project's organisational, business and technological context. This knowledge was used to design an in-depth candidate qualification stage and a detailed presentation of the project to experts, ensuring a perfect match between our experts' profiles and the client's needs. 

Following the pre-selection stage, we prepared the candidates for the client in order of their qualifications, potential and project needs. This stage was crucial, as the entire process was highly intensive and the timely start of the project depended on the accuracy of our recommendations and the extent to which they matched. 

It was also essential to provide the client with regular updates on the current status of the project and the individual selection processes.

We provided the entire team required by the client, which consisted of Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, Fullstack Developers (Node.js, React), Frontend Developer (React), Mobile Application Developers (Flutter, Dart) and Scrum Master.
