The challenge

One of our long-term clients is one of the largest sports associations in Poland. Our cooperation began with an unusual challenge - after several months of working together, the client asked us to provide them with specialists who would not only be sourced, but also trained by us in specific technologies used in the project at an express pace.

These included Angular, ASP.Net MVC, Kendo UI, C#, .NET Core Web API, nHibernate, PostgreSQL, Mongo DB, RabbitMQ, Apache NiFi and others.

The solution

‍

We were able to meet the challenge thanks to three advantages-

The first was our very large (and growing) talent pool of several thousand people - so we did not have to start the recruitment and selection process from scratch, as is the case with traditional recruitment companies.

The second was a team of several dozen experienced, IT-focused recruiters who were responsible for efficiently and accurately screening potential candidates in terms of their fit with the client's needs and the specifics of the project.

The third was C_school, our unique skills development project for IT talent, which also proved its worth.

The result

The entire process of recruiting and training all the specialists took us 1.5 months. The client was impressed not only by the speed with which we acquired candidates, but also by the extent to which their skills matched the needs of the project.

It could not have been otherwise, as agility and customisation are in our DNA, and the skills development programme was tailor-made for this project and the client. What's more, the specialists we acquired and trained have continued to support our client in subsequent projects (and more to come).
