Our client, one of the largest banks in Poland, faced the challenge of rapidly expanding its capacity, mainly in the roles of Java Backend Developer and Manual Tester. It needed a proven partner to support it with IT outsourcing services.

Acting in the client's best interests, we focused on building a strong relationship based on trust, quality and transparency, constantly monitoring their needs and tailoring the outsourcing process to their specific business.

We carried out a series of training and consultancy sessions for business unit managers to provide them with the necessary knowledge about IT outsourcing, the specifics of IT service contracts and, among other things, the management of IT projects supported in this way. We also worked with the client to develop a strategy for the development of the IT outsourcing area, taking into account specific business needs and objectives. Finally, we helped the client to expand its team with experienced experts tailored to its needs - up to several dozen in a peak period of a few weeks.

The result

In the course of our cooperation with the client, we gained their trust. We proved that we are a reliable and effective partner in the development of the IT outsourcing area, successfully expanding and consolidating their IT facilities.

At the same time, we tripled the number of our experts working on the client's projects, becoming its key IT outsourcing partner. And because we have built a strong relationship with the client based on dialogue and partnership, they have entrusted us with another key task for them - the development of their low-code Ferryt platform.
