The labour market is characterised by high dynamics and a constant shortage of qualified employees. The client approached us with a need to prepare an innovative platform that would facilitate the recruitment process for both parties:

The solution

Connectis assembled a dedicated team consisting of experienced professionals in the areas of programming, UI/UX design, testing and project management. The team underwent a comprehensive recruitment process, assessing both technical and soft skills.

The project process included:

• Market research: Gathering feedback from recruiters and candidates to identify their needs and expectations
• Application design: Creating a functionality map and prototypes of the application based on the data collected
• App development: Parallel app development for iOS and Android platforms
• Testing: Comprehensive testing of the app functionality and usability
• Deployment: Release of the app in the Google Play and App Store shops

The team worked based on Scrum methodology, utilising interactive prototypes and regular user testing. Apps for iOS and Android platforms were developed in parallel.
