Our client, one of Europe's largest energy companies, has a number of key projects focused on reducing CO2 emissions and developing renewable energy sources. Its portfolio includes smart wind farms and charging infrastructure for electric cars. Due to its rapid growth, it needed comprehensive IT support in recruiting qualified experts for key areas such as:

• Development of the energy tariff pricing platform
• Maintaining and extending of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
• Building and managing Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure
• Administration of Oracle databases

The solution

To meet the client's challenges, we conducted a comprehensive candidate sourcing and selection process for various IT roles, including: Full Stack Developer Java Angular, Backend Developer Sharepoint, Data Engineer Azure, Application Support Engineer Azure Virtual Desktop, Administrator Azure Virtual Desktop, Database Administrator Oracle.

Based on a detailed analysis of the client's needs, we designed and implemented a bespoke candidate sourcing process, including:

• Defining detailed responsibilities and expectations for each project
• Precise definition of the candidate profile based on technical requirements, soft skills and experience
• Sourcing candidates from a variety of channels, including industry portals, social media, our own candidate database and a proprietary referral system
• Conducting a multi-stage vetting process consisting of pre-selection, interviews and technical skills testing, complemented by soft skills verification
