In the Privacy Policy we use the terms, names of the various Services and functionalities of the Account (e.g. Featured Jobs), which are defined and described in detail in the Terms and Conditions, to which this Privacy Policy is attached.

The administrator of personal data in connection with the use of the Website available at: https://hub.connectis.pl/ is Connectis Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Chmielna 71, 00-801 Warsaw), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000158609, NIP: 5211019683, REGON: 010966858, share capital of PLN 100,000.

Out of concern for the safety of Users' data and the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, we have appointed a Data Protection Inspector who can be contacted at: iod@connectis.pl.
Principles of personal data processing
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal data. Our services use encrypted data transmission (SSL) during registration and login, which protects your identifying information and significantly blocks interception of access to your account by unauthorised systems or persons.
Basis for processing personal data
We process the personal data of Users and users of profiles on social networks for the purposes and on the grounds listed below.
Data processed for the purpose of setting up an Account and User Authentication on the Service
Scope of Data. For this purpose, we process the personal data provided by the User in the registration form for the Service, that is, the email address and the password established by the User. If the User registers for the Website via an external authentication service (e.g. Google), we also collect the User's name.
If an unconfirmed Account is created, we also process the User's personal data (i.e. e-mail address) in order to send reminder messages to confirm the creation of the Account.
Legal basis. Necessity for the performance of the contract for the provision of the Account service (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
Data processed for the performance of the Services and functionality of the Account
Types of Services and functionalities. We process Users' personal data in order to provide the Services and functionalities of the Account such as Make an appointment, Recommended job offers, Saved job offers, Job application history, New job offers.
Scope of Data. For this purpose, we process the personal data provided by the User when setting up the Account, when completing the Profile, the data provided in the documents saved by the User in the Account (in particular the data contained in the CV) and the data relating to the User's activity on the Website, i.e.: the data relating to job offers to which the User has applied, updates to the Profile or the CV document.
The provision of certain data is a prerequisite for the use of individual Services and the functionality of the Account (obligatory data). Our system automatically marks obligatory data (e.g. regarding experience). The consequence of failing to provide this data is that we cannot provide the specified Services and Account functionality. Apart from the data marked as mandatory, the provision of other personal data is voluntary.
Legal basis. Necessity for the performance of the contract for the provision of Services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO).
Data processed for purposes related to statistics on the use of individual functionalities of the Website, to facilitate the use of the Website and to ensure the IT security of the Website
Scope of data. For these purposes, we process personal data relating to the User's activity on the Website, such as the pages and sub-pages of the Website visited and the amount of time spent on each of them, as well as data relating to the responses sent by the User to job offers (through the ‘Contract a meeting’ Account functionality), the User's IP address, location, device ID and data relating to the browser and operating system.
Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) to facilitate the use of the Services provided electronically and to improve the functionality of these Services.
Data processed for the purposes of establishing, investigating and defending against claims
Scope of data. For this purpose, we may process some of the personal data you have provided as part of your Profile, such as: your name, your surname, data about your use of our Services, if claims arise from the way you use our Services, other data necessary to prove the existence of a claim, including the extent of the damage suffered.
Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) to establish, assert and defend against claims in proceedings before the courts and other state authorities.
Data processed for the purpose of handling complaints, claims, requests and answering questions

Scope of data. For this purpose, we may process certain personal data provided by you as part of your Profile, as well as data relating to your use of our Services that are the cause of your complaint or request, data contained in documents attached to your complaint or request.
Legal basis. Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) to improve the functionality of the Services provided electronically, to enable us to respond to complaints, claims, requests and enquiries and to build a positive relationship with Users based on reliability and loyalty.
Data processed for marketing purposes
If you have consented to the processing of data for the purpose of sending commercial offers by e-mail, we process your personal data for these purposes on the basis of your consent. You are always informed of the collection of data for such purposes where we ask you to give such consent. We store such data until you revoke your consent.
Data processed via social networks
We maintain profile pages on social networks in order to share content prepared by us with their users and to contact users of these networks: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Medium, Meetup, Wordpress.
As part of this, we process your personal data when you are a user of these portals and visit the profiles indicated or interact with these profiles (likes, comments, messages sent), thus also collecting data on your activity on this profile. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in enabling us to contact other users of the portals and to take other actions in accordance with the rules of such portals.
Social networking sites have their own regulations and rules of operation that are independent of us and therefore, as users of a social networking site and you and we are also bound by the privacy policies and rules and regulations accepted within such social networking site. Please note that as a user of a social network, you may also manage your account and the content you post in accordance with the regulations of such social network.
Recipients of personal data
When processing personal data, we use the assistance of other entities, such entities process personal data on our order and on our behalf, on the basis of a contract concluded for the entrustment of the processing of personal data, in order to provide the services specified in the contract, e.g. ICT services viz: hosting, provision or maintenance of IT systems, website design and maintenance, email handling, legal services, consultancy, marketing.
In legally defined cases, we also transfer personal data to entities authorised by law. We also transfer your personal data to other recipients - providers of technology used by the Site.
Links to other sites
On our Site, we use social network plug-ins and plug-ins and links directing to third-party sites. These include: Typeform, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Medium, Meetup, Invotech.co, calendly.com.
We also include links on our website directing you to third-party websites when we feel they contain content worth sharing or that we would like to draw your attention to or provide a source for the information we post.

- the right to access your personal data (Article 15 RODO), including to obtain a copy of your data (Article 15(3) RODO),
- The right to rectify (amend) or complete incomplete personal data (16 RODO),
- The right to request the erasure of your personal data in cases provided for by law (Article 17 RODO),
- The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data (Article 18 RODO)
- the right to receive your data in a structured commonly used format and to have it transferred where the processing is based on your consent or a concluded contract and where the processing is carried out by automated means, (Article 20 RODO),
- the right to object to the processing of your personal data where the processing is carried out for the legitimate interest of the Controller, on grounds relating to his/her particular situation, including profiling (Article 21 RODO),
- in cases where the processing of your data is based on the consent you have given, you have the right to withdraw the consent you have given at any time, but without affecting the lawfulness of the processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
