What is C_school?

There’s 825 000 Developers lacking in Europe. Recruiting good specialists is getting harder and harder. That’s why we decided to take matters into our own hands. We created C_school, a program for continuously growing and teaching developers and hiring the best of them.

What does our selection process look like?
1.Initial Selection

During this stage, we’re looking for beginner-level developers - people whose potential is worth investing in. We begin the selection with an online test which screens the candidates’ potential, motivation and logical thinking skills.

Then, the candidates are invited for an interview with one of our IT specialists and a psychologist. There’s a lot of applicants but only 30% of them move on to the next stage.

2. The Pool

Even though, the name might suggest a relaxing time, our Pool is filled with intense learning about different areas of the IT market. The Pool is meant to be a “do or die” moment - those who have what it takes will swim into C_school.

Just how extreme is this stage? Only 25% of people move on to C_school

3. C_school

This stage of our program is crucial. For 9 months we work with candidates to develop their skills. We teach them about technologies, evaluate their knowledge and develop their soft skills as well to prepare them for effective team work in the future.

Only the people who we are a 100% sure about can graduate C_school. And only 1% of them are hired at Connectis. This way, our team is constantly growing. Right now, there’s more than 550 IT Experts, some of whom are C_school graduates, on board and each of them is ready to work for you in our IT Specialists Outsourcing and Team as a Service cooperation models
